These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and KSS918 ("kss918", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kss918.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, and the receipt of bonuses and promotional offers.

By creating an account on kss918, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our customer support team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. Where any conflict exists between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player into their Account using any of the supported payment methods, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by kss918 as required prior to the processing of withdrawals and at any point deemed necessary by kss918.
• "Platform" means the kss918 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated gaming or betting services accessible at kss918.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or kss918's internal compliance policies.
• "Sporting Event" means any live or pre-match sporting fixture or competition available for wagering on the kss918 sportsbook, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), and UFC events.

To register and maintain an account on kss918, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. kss918 strictly prohibits the participation of individuals under the age of 21 in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
2. You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any bet or making any deposit.
4. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on kss918 or any affiliated platform, nor subject to any cooling-off period that remains active.
5. You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of kss918, its subsidiaries, affiliates, game studio partners, or technology providers.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of, or in conjunction with, any third party for the purposes of placing bets or operating an Account on the Platform.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on kss918 at any time. The creation of duplicate, additional, or associated accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across affected accounts.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Malaysian city references such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or Shah Alam are accepted), email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify kss918 promptly of any material changes.

kss918 reserves the right to initiate a KYC verification process at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to:

• Prior to processing any withdrawal request;
• Where cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds;
• Where kss918 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, underage, or prohibited activity;
• As part of routine compliance audits.

KYC documentation typically required includes a valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), a recent proof of residential address, and in some cases, confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. kss918 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

kss918 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing fees, if any, will be disclosed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of your request.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Transactions in other currencies will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of processing; any resulting exchange differences are borne by the Player.

kss918 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for DuitNow and FPX channels. Processing times for other payment channels may vary. kss918 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay payment in cases where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are under investigation.

kss918 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment service provider or bank may apply its own charges, for which kss918 accepts no liability.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kss918 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General terms applicable to all kss918 bonuses include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover multipliers (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed; table games and live dealer games may contribute 10–20%. The contribution schedule is published in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Stake During Bonus Play: Where a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet cap applies — typically between RM250 and RM500. Wagers placed in excess of this limit will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of the bonus being credited, as specified per promotion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus may be held at any time per Account. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Withdrawal Cap: Certain bonuses impose a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

kss918 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Misuse of promotions, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or systematic low-risk wagering to clear rollover, may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.

All bets placed on kss918 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active bet, kss918's server-side records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of the wager.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League (EPL) matches, UEFA competitions, UFC bouts, and other events listed on the kss918 sportsbook — the following general rules apply:

• Bets accepted by the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where kss918 expressly permits early cash-out on a specific market.
• kss918 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a human or technical error, and to adjust any bet placed in exploitation of such errors.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to telecommunications and technology latency. kss918 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the official outcome of a market-defining event where server logs confirm the bet was received after the event occurred.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per day, and per account. These limits are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform and are subject to change.

For casino and live dealer games, RNG certification confirms game outcomes are statistically random and independently audited. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed per game. kss918 does not manipulate outcomes in favour of the house beyond the stated house edge for each game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kss918 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, as well as potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform if you are aged under 21 years;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or odds errors for systematic gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or overloads the Platform's infrastructure or security systems;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.

All content on the kss918 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game interfaces, text, data, and databases — is the proprietary intellectual property of kss918 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to kss918 regarding the Platform may be used by kss918 without restriction, compensation, or acknowledgement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kss918 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or device failure.

kss918 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

In all cases, kss918's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total value of your Real Money Account balance at the time the claim arose; or (b) MYR 10,000.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kss918's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

kss918 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you may set and adjust subject to applicable cooling-off periods;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure available on request with no minimum notice period required.

kss918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a specified period;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or responsible gambling referral;
• Where continued operation of the Account would create regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to kss918;
• Insolvency or bankruptcy of the Account holder.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms, kss918 reserves the right to withhold and permanently forfeit any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real Money Funds not subject to active investigation or legal hold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Outstanding Real Money balances will be returned to your verified payment method following the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kss918 is licenced to operate. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to verified players upon request from our compliance team.

In the event of any dispute between you and kss918, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication with our customer support team. Disputes not resolved informally within thirty (30) days may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism designated by the licensing authority under which kss918 operates.

kss918's decision on all matters relating to disputed bets, bonus abuse, or technical malfunctions shall be final unless successfully appealed through the formal dispute process above.

kss918 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
